They can be worn with a small amount of your own breastmilk to help maintain moisture and support comfort between feeds, while also helping reduce friction from clothing against sensitive skin. Silver can tarnish over time due to the natural oxidation process however it is still safe and effective to use.Rinse in warm water between use or prepare acleaning paste using a teaspoon of bicarbonatesoda and a few drops of water.Gently massage the the cleaning paste over the cup and rinse with water. Clean every few hours or between feeds.
