The seat should be the same size as the other one, the small size is limiting its use. It’s ridiculous that you can’t swap the order of the seats. The brackets are fixed so only the bigger chair can go onto. The most annoying thing though is that both seats can’t face forward at the same time unless the door rest is straight down creating a 90 degree angle with the butt of the seat. This is zero leg room for the kid at the top. You pay so much for this pram and it’s awesome until you have a second child and it’s problematic.

Follow up Service was scheduled good , we just couldn’t figure out how to put the second chair on, the girl at Cannington , wish I got her name , took her time to go through the choices we had and we worked it out , she really put herself out to help
