Avoid harsh cleaners or bleach. • Air dry only – do not tumble dry or iron any part of the seat. • Frame and plastic parts can be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth. • Regularly check and clean out crumbs or debris from crevices to maintain smooth operation. • Do not machine wash the seat fabric or use abrasive tools.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund where the problem or fault is of a substantial nature, and you may also be entitled to compensation for any additional loss or damage from the failure to meet the consumer guarantees. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. We may need to inspect the goods (or send to the supplier for inspection) or request pictures or videos of the defect to make an assessment.
