Startle reflex
We do use the suit but still find the startle reflex can still wake him as his hands are still next to his face. It keeps him asleep a bit longer but not as well as a manual/traditional swaddle, he is more comfy in his love to dream swaddle though. The fabric does pull up near his chest as he wriggles his arms.
Infant sleeps all night in her love to dream sleep sacks!
We’ve been using a love to dream sleep sack since our baby has been born and she loves it! She’s 3 months old now and has been sleeping 9 plus hours every night for the last month. Every material feels soft and our daughter loves the self soothing arms. Highly recommend!

Our go to swaddle
The love to dream swaddles were the only successful swaddle option for our daughter! She loves to suck her hands, and would find a way to get them out of any swaddle, but with the love to dream swaddles she can bring her hands to her mouth while still swaddled up all cozy! We love the two way zipper, so we don't have to fully remove her from her swaddle at night, and that she has room to wiggle her feet!

I brought my newborn home and from the get go, he wouldn’t sleep in any of the swaddles. I had probably 30 different brands and styles as hand-me-downs from my sister and none of them would work. I next-day shipped a Love To Dream swaddle and he slept immediately on the first attempt! I recommended it to all of my friends who were about to have their babies.
