Common Questions

Your $10 welcome reward is applied to your account within 24 hours after joining. You will only receive 1 x $10 welcome reward per member lifetime. If your welcome reward is not visit visible within 24 hours after you have logged into your online account, please call, live chat or email us for assistance.  

Baby Bunting uses a password‑free login system. Instead of remembering a password, you’ll receive a one‑time code sent directly to your email. It’s quicker, more secure, and easier.

To log into your account, simply:

  1. Click the 'Log In' icon at the top of the Baby Bunting website.
  2. If you already have an account, enter the email address linked to it.
  3. Check your inbox for your one‑time code. The code expires after 15 minutes, if it does, you can select 'Resend code' to get a new one.
  4. Enter the code to sign in.
  5. Once you enter the code, you’ll be logged in - no password needed.

If you didn’t receive your code, check the email address is correct or check your spam/junk folder just in case. If you’re having trouble signing in, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

New Appointment

To book a car seat installation or turnaround appointment, you can select a time slot online or in person by visiting the store you wish to get your seat installed at. 

Existing Appointment

To edit or cancel an existing booking, simply find your email confirming your appointment and select to manage your booking from there.

If the change is within 24 hours of the appointment time, please call the store your booking is with or, contact us during opening hours.
