Extremely happy with this Bassinet. Have used it with 2 babies, 5 years apart. Quality as good as it was when we bought it initially. Love the mesh sides for safe sleeping, and the wheels are excellent for wheeling bub around the house with me if I need to. They have both slept very well in it. Not too low either for picking baby up post caesarean. Great price too. Highly recommend.

Pros are that bassinet is mesh all the way around so breathable, looks nice and good having one on wheels to move around the house. Cons - When we received the package some bits of wood have small cracks in them. The bassinet mattress also doesn’t stay firm enough to put on the TasmanEco fitted sheets without bending, so you have to put them under the base as well. Harder to get sheets that fit as the mattress isn’t a standard size. Boori bassinet sheets and mattress protector fits well.

This was not easy to assemble. I bought it due to high safety rating. It’s been easy to move from room to room. Good value for price. In hindsight I wish I’d bought a co-sleeper, as baby isn’t the best sleeper in the bassinet.

I highly recommend this bassinet. The price includes the mattress and the wheels allow bub to come with me while I put washes on, make dinner etc. It also has mesh sides so it's safe and you can kind of see the baby if you're sitting down. The only downside is the lack of storage at the bottom - seems like wasted space.

A great quality bassinet. Love that there is mesh all around the sides for good airflow. Being on wheels is handy so we can move my son from the bedroom to the living room.

We have been using the tasman bassinet for a few months now and it fits beside my bed in our smallish bedroom. I can reach over during the night to settle my baby and can easily grab him for night feeds. Easy to assemble.

I bought this for our newborn as a first time Mum and we love it. Strong, sturdy build. Quality mattress. Great height for placing baby into bassinet (I’m tall 5”11). I love that it has wheels so we can move around. Was at first unsure if wheels are necessary but they’re amazing. We can wheel from lounge room day naps, to our bedroom for night sleeps and even baby’s room to get used to his nursery. Beautiful sleek design. The bassinet part can be pushed to slightly rock which I found so useful for settling baby in basinet to help him drift off to sleep. He is now 3 months old, 6kg and 65cm and stills fits comfortably. Baby has always slept really well in this bassinet! Good price point. Will be using for next baby. Would highly recommend.

Love it! Sturdy, solid build. Easy to make. 4 X mesh walls so it's completely breathable. This bassinet was one of 2 that meet the Choice safety awards so it gives me peace if mind. Wheels work great and are quiet. We cut a piece of wood to put in bottom so we had a shelf and that would be my only complaint. Should already have one. Otherwise love!

I love that you can take this bassinet with you around the house, and it is such a simple, easy to clean design. Knowing this is considered an extremely safe product gives me peace of mind, too. I will say that the wheels are pretty tacky for the price, and they are quite loud and have no suspension, so you may want to consider putting different wheels on. I also dislike that it doesnt come with a basket for underneath (which would be handy to carry the sneaky essentials like extra burp cloth nappy, snack etc), so we made one. Please keep in mind the long sides around the top of the frame are sloped, and as a result we have found that we cannot affix our mobile.

After researching for a safe bassinet option, this one came up the most. This style was also recommended to us by the MCHN. Safety aside, it’s a really lovely bassinet.

Super easy to assemble and lining basket is soft which is nice for baby if they roll to the side. Only con, which isn’t really bad wheels are super noisy so if your baby is a light sleeper it will wake them.
