Strider v5
byEverything about this product was just as I had come to expect from steelcraft strider, until it wasn’t. I had an earlier version of the strider- bought in 2012 that ultimately lasted 3 children and was later handed down and is still going strong as far as I am aware. Last year I bought another for newborn twins. The second seat developed an issue within <6months of use. I returned to the store to replace/repair the part which took several weeks longer than I was initially explained. I am disappointed with the lack of understanding that logistics of twins poses. The lackadaisical attitude from some members of staff was disheartening.
