Choking hazard
I second the comment about the suction cap being a choking hazard. We have had several of these toothbrushes and my son bites off the end each time. The brush is good but the suction cup part of the design needs fixing.

We gave the toothbrush to our 2 year old (supervised) to practice brushing his teeth. He quickly flipped the toothbrush around and placed the green base in his mouth. The suction cap detached from the toothbrush and was in his mouth. this is a SHOCKING chocking hazard. A piece of rubber virtually the same size as his airway. This was the first use. AVOID.
