[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pigeon Softouch Step-up Straw Bottle Set has been a great way to start to help our little one transition from breastfeeding to independent sipping. I was fortunate enough to receive this bottle as part of a trial team and it has been a great product to use as it is a great width for little hands. The Gravity Ball Straw is great as it allows drinking from all angles as they hold the bottle, even when only a small amount of water is left in the bottle. The different bottle tips are great as it means parents don’t need multiple bottles as their children develop. The Bottle Set is easy to clean, comes with a straw cleaning brush that works perfectly with the straw - you don’t realise how dirty they can get! A great bottle that will go the miles for you and your child

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are only at the very beginning of transitioning to drinking water and drinking from a straw but I do truly believe the Pigeon Soft Touch 2-Step Straw Bottle Set has been a huge asset with the transition and success we have had so far. We used the step 1 training straw quite often and I think we have mastered that one. We have used the step 2 drinking straw a few times now and have been able to drink some liquid through it which is great and more practice will only make perfect. I believe this product has made learning to drink from a straw easier for my little one.

I had tried to get my baby to drink out of an ordinary straw cup before receiving this as part of a Trial Teams Discovery Box. It's been fantastic! My baby struggled with the regular straw but was easily able to drink and get water out of the training straw. The handles also make it easy for him to hold himself. I like that as he develops his skills, the bottle grows with him, giving us longer term use! It's also really easy to assembly and pull apart and wash! I love this bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Pigeon SofTouch Step-up Straw Bottle Set as part of the trial team and I honestly did not expect it to be such an amazing and easy transition bottle, the way it is. I wish I could've had this bottle the first time I became a mum, and now for my second baby, I started using the bottle to introduce water in his weaning journey. The Pigeon SofTouch Step-up Straw Bottle Set is simply the best, it comes with 3 stage detachable straw/cap options and each has it's own transition feature that assist baby for those different stages. We have progressed only to the second stage based on my baby's age, but he is drinking water so effortlessly that it is effectively setting him up to progress to straw bottles in the future. The materials are incredibly light, teat is soft and flexible, all components incredibly easy to clean. I also loved the handles that encourage self-feeding, very clever and useful. However, if I had to make one caution regarding this product, is that the transition to the second stage via teat and straw, it encourages baby to bite and squeeze down to swallow and get liquids out, and this simple action, encourages baby to inadvertently do the same with breast (if still breastfeeding) and can cause some damage, so takes a little patience if your baby is teething and using this bottle and you are also still breastfeeding.

I really loved the weighted straw, which is important for a child transition from bottle to cup, as babies are so used to drinking from a bottle while laying down! I also found the handle very easy for little hands to hold/grab and the spout was really easy for my breastfed baby to figure out. I would absolutely recommend this for any parent who is looking to transition their little one from a bottle to a cup!

I received this bottle as part of a trial team and I am glad I did. I was able to purchase a 0+ months Nipple as suggested on the box for our under 6+ months who is keen to try and feed themself. It has been a great way for out child start to learn to hold the bottle on their own, building their hand motor skills as well as building their oral motor skills, learning to sip independently. The Gravity Ball Straw is great as our little one can drink from all angles they hold the bottle, aiding in the independent feeding. The feature that I can change the bottle tip to adjust as my child ages (comes with 2 tips 6+ and 12+ months) is very handy as well. The Pidgeon Softouch Step-up Straw Bottle Set is easy to clean, comes with a straw cleaning brush that works perfectly with the Gravity Ball Straw. The design, size and soft, semi-flexible handles of the bottle is perfect for our little one to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a different training cup for our son with the straw, the valve was to strong and he couldn’t use it. This training straw was great. Valve much more baby friendly he managed to get the hang of it and I found he was actually drinking a lot more water because it was much easier for him to grasp the concept when he could easily use the straw. We did find however the nipple was a bit tricky for him, he is exclusively breast fed and doesn’t take a dummy so I think he just got a bit confused with the nipple, that is likely personal to us and I’m sure if you have a baby that takes a bottle and or a dummy then the nipple would be a good step to transitioning to the straw attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not recommend getting this unless all options have been exhausted in teaching baby to drink from a straw for months. I truly like this concept of transitioning a baby from a bottle to straw as it was a huge struggle trying to teach my baby to drink from a straw. It also has the added bonus of being more sustainable by being made from bio-based plastic and is compatible with other Pigeon bottles. However, it is incredibly hard to suck water from the straw that even I as an adult really struggled. For some reason this did not apply to the Pigeon StarTouch Straw Cup so it seems to be a design fault.

These were also recommended by other mums and the 2 lactation consultants I saw. So it was a given to try this when he started being introduced to water at 6 months, I purchased the training straw and handles from Amazon. He has been using the training straw on his pigeon Softouch PPSU bottles. When I received this set as part of the trial program, I was very happy because this is something he loves already. This set is great because it comes with everything including the bottle, handle and the 2 different straws. We are excited to try the 12+ month drinking straw when the time comes. This system is honestly great.

The pigeon step bottle is an excellent transition for bubs ready to drink via a straw and hold onto their own bottles. The parts to this are quite durable but can be tricky to clean properly. The bottle and handle are interchangeable with the pigeon baby bottle teats. This comes with a step 1 which is inbetween a test and straw sms step 2 which is a straw like top to allow smooth transition. I like that you can use the bottle with the teats still to slowly introduce your little one to using a drinking cup on their own

The Pigeon Softouch Step-Up Straw Bottle Set has been brilliant for transitioning from bottle to cup. The straw top is super easy for little hands to use and feels gentle on gums — ideal when your baby is learning to drink independently. The bottle is lightweight yet sturdy, and the straw design seems leak-resistant which makes things less messy. Overall, a very practical, well-designed set for babies learning to self-drink. Highly recommend it for weaning or toddler use, very glad i went with this one.

Transitioning was smooth: my child adapted quickly, and I love that the bottle feels sturdy yet lightweight. Cleanup is simple, and the silicone straw stays flexible and hygienic. I haven’t had any issues with mould or discolouration like other brand. Overall, it’s a smart, user-friendly choice for this milestone.

I found this bottle when i was trying to find a half way point between bottles and drink bottles with straws. My LO seemed confused by straws at first, opting to chew on them instead of realising he could get something out of them. The first of the two tops included in this pack still had a similar enough shape to his regular bottles that he transitioned to this very easily. It also helped immensely with his feeds as he was a very independent drinker and as he got more mobile he wanted to be able to drink while sitting upright, this was absolutely prefect for that. After a few months of the first top we moved to the second and while he does like poking his finger in to the end of the straw he was also able to use it properly. The big draw factor i found with the second top is the small air seal in the straw so water stays in the straw between each sip, so he doesn't have to work so hard to get water out which i found was an issue which regular baby straw bottles after trying them myself.

I bought this a month ago because my 11 month old daughter has been having trouble drinking milk from a normal baby bottle at day care. She is usually breastfed so has been struggling. The weighted straw, the spout and the handle just fabulous!! 🙏🏽 highly recommend
