What parents are saying
AI summary of customer 69 reviews
The glass bottles are generally well-received, with customers praising the quality, durability, and ease of cleaning. The glass material is seen as a healthier and more hygienic alternative to plastic. Many customers report their babies readily accept these bottles, including those who were previously fussy. The slim neck design is appreciated by some but can make pouring in formula difficult. A few customers have experienced the bottles breaking more easily than expected, especially when dropped. Overall, the glass bottles are considered an excellent product, suitable for babies with gas or feeding issues.

Great for breastfeeding
|
by Phoebe
The slim bottles were recommended by my lactation consultant as contrary to how they are marketed, they are great at mimicking breast flow. I bought the smallest flow nipple also. She seemed to think babies have a flow preference as opposed to a nipple preference.

Bought 2 for my 7 month old as we have started getting a bottle before bed. He has taken these bottles really well with no issues after being exclusively breastfed. I thought the glass would be too heavy as he likes to feed himself but this hasn’t been an issue. Will be getting more for sure

Great quality/strong durable glass that has survived a few whoopsie drops in our tiled home. Heavier than the plastic bottles as to be expect

Good investment, would love more size options!!

Have used glass bottles for our baby since she was born (currently 8 months) Was a little nervous at first about the breakable nature of glass but these are GREAT. Sturdy and easy to clean. So easy to see through the glass if you’ve missed a spot at the bottom, which did worry me a bit with the two plastic bottles I tried (they got a bit cloudy) I have dropped our glass bottles on a few occasions but none of the ten bottles we have have ever chipped, cracked or smashed, they are very sturdy. My only suggestion is please make a mid size 180ml, the tall 240ml do not fit very well into the pigeon microwave steriliser. The small 120mls are perfect of newborns, 240ml good for older babies or very hungry babies but a mid size would be great, especially as they start to eat food and have a little less milk and fits better in the bag for on the go.

Good but leak around the teat. Slim neck makes scooping formula hard to do without spilling.

Love the Pigeon bottles especially the slimline range. We have used them from the start and never experienced reflux, gassiness or colic symptoms.

Too narrow, heavy and very hard to clean.

Bottle opening is way too small to get formula in it without it spilling everywhere. It’s got weight to it which makes it hard to hold for both myself and for baby. The teat is really hard to clean and where other bottles the formula will wash out quite easily, you have to really scrub to get it out of this bottle. The teat also turns easily whilst scrubbing which makes it twice as hard. I wouldn’t recommend this bottle to anyone, especially those formula feeding. This also didn’t make any impact on his colic whatsoever.

Best bottle ever!!
|
by Cayla
This is by far our favourite bottle/teat combination so far for our twins
Comes with medium teats though, so if you have a newborn, you may need to buy slower flow teats (purchased separately)
I do love that the teats/tops can be changed though
