The owlet is an absolute must for us as first time parents. It gave me such peace of mind with our daughter and really helped minimize my post partum anxiety. SIDS is something I’ve always been terrified of and this truely helps ease my anxiety. I also subscribe to owlet 360 and the additional insights I get are so helpful. If someone hadn’t purchased this off our registry I was going to buy it myself. If ours broke for whatever reason I would immediately have another one overnighted. I cannot live without it in this first year for my daughter.

Our baby had a long stay in the nicu so I was torn on getting this. I was used to seeing his monitored stats constantly, but thought it might lead to needless anxiety after being discharged. Instead, it gave me peace of mind that his o2 levels are good while he sleep through the night. Once you get the hang of positioning it on baby’s foot and get used to the app, it’s easy to use. It loses connection and alarms if the base is too far away, but luckily the alarm sound from a bad connection is different from the sound of an actual health alarm. Our baby is sick right now and it’s nice to be able to see his pulse ox and know that it isn’t dropping too low while he’s under the weather. We’ve used this every single night since he was discharged from the nicu. Worth every penny.

The duo is excellent - as new parents who spent a month in the NICU these gave us peace of mind. From the constant monitoring in the hospital, we were anxious to bring our baby home. But the sock and camera gave us basically the same information and helped us our transition to home.

Disconnects if the baby is sitting a certain way or isn't on tight enough. The alarm will sound on the base and wake up the baby you already spent 15 minutes trying to rock to go to sleep. I'd like the app to take into consideration the 20 minutes he slept in the car and that his nap window passed an hour ago so he won't be sleepy at 12:10pm when he faught his nap and only slept on the way to the grocery store. I guess the price comes from all the high tech stuff in the sock and transmission to an app that lags and gives error codes a lot. Don't have signal, won't have an app.

This sock has been a complete game changer for my wife and I. Being first time parents we had constant anxiety sleeping at night. The Owlet has given us piece of mind and assurance that our son is safe.

We love the owlet sock and camera. My only complaint is the connectivity. The sock disconnects from the base when we take my baby into her room. We currently have her in our room as she is little. The base seems to far away from our room to connect to the sock. The camera is good. My only complaint is the sound when you turn your phone to make it big on the screen goes out and you have to turn it off and back on to get it to play. Otherwise we have been able to sleep soundly as first time parents having the sock alerts.

I love that I can track my babies sleep and know he’s safe he’s had breathing issues and to know that if his oxygen dropped I would be alerted immediately is the only way I’m able to sleep

The owlet sock really helped eased my anxiety but there are a couple of features I wish could be changed/upgraded. The range itself is not that big causing the alarm to misfire if too far from the base itself. I also dont like how there are features that only come included if you pay for membership. Its already an expensive product e erything should be included.

With my postpartum anxiety having the Owlet Dream Sock was the only way I was able to sleep.

I can finally sleep better at night knowing I have this device. The first week with my newborn, I did not have the owlet and couldn’t sleep. The sock is so easy to put on and the app is so easy to navigate.

This bundle is a dream, only issues are connecting to wifi (we had to upgrade our system to use), it takes a long time for the live feed to load and you will need to have the sock on properly or else the alarm will sound or the calibration could be off and register low oxygen, etc.

I purchased the Owlet Dream Sock prior to FDA clearance, and I'm coming back nearly 4 years later to finally draft a review. I can't express how much I loved the Owlet. My son wore it until it couldn't fit anymore and it brought me so much peace of mind. My son had RSV around 9 months old and this was a life saver. I became so familiar with his O2 levels and heart rate that I could determine when a fever was coming on or if he needed a breathing treatment. As many mothers do, I sufferred from PPA/PPD, and the Dream Sock helped me through that difficult time. I LOVE this device and recommend it to all new parents. Our room shared a wall with my son's room, so I never experienced any connection issues. We also installed a WiFi booster, which I think helped as well. Overall, 10/10. Love the device and the app.

I just wish med alerts were available in Canada. I worry that my little soemthing will happen and it won’t notify me. I also have issues with connectivity when we’re less then 100 meters away

Gives me peace of mind at night, helping me get sleep. I am not ready for her to grow out of it.
