It’s fiiiiiiiiine. Not great.
Video quality is good, but microphone sensitivity is poor. Even at highest sensitivity I cannot hear my kids very well unless they are extremely upset/loud. Previous models were better. Also every part of our kit has had to be replaced within warranty period due to just not connecting anymore.
The video quality is amazing and love all the extra features!

Terrible camera always disconnects from parent unit overheats and wont reconnect have to forget and re add camera to unit everytime have had 3 replacements from oricom and all keep doing the same thing and oricom are useless at resolving the issue just ay have you tried turning it off and on again would not recommend to anyone
A huge waste of money
I would not recommend this baby monitor to my worst enemy. We have been using this monitor for almost 6 months and it disconnects at least 4-5 times an hour, the monitor often doesn’t load past the first screen and can only be fixed by physically plugging the camera in and out again, the temperature gauge is 10-15 degrees (Celsius) out and the battery life is shocking. We have tried to make it work because it was an expensive camera, but we are moving our baby into their own room and I have decided I will not be able to sleep knowing there is a good chance the monitor will be disconnected half the night.
Wifi / phone app overheating
I returned the next day because the moment i connect the wifi / phone app function of the camera it would overheat and stop working within the hour. Worked fine when i didnt use the wifi/app option and only used the monitor. The moment i connect the wifi it started overheating again.

If I could rate no stars I would. For the price of this camera it’s ridiculous that it’s stopped working so many times. We have had to send it back under warranty a few months after purchasing and it’s again not working at all as we cannot connect the replacement monitor to the camera. Absolutely do not buy

I have this monitor with 3 cameras. The monitor it’s actually really good with a clear picture however the cameras aren’t great. I’ve had two of the 3 replaced because one no longer connected and second had sound but no picture. Another doesn’t move at all when adjusting the view from the monitor but I just can’t be bothered dealing with it for a replacement. The customer service from oricom has been really easy to deal with but for the price I shouldn’t have to deal with them multiple times in the first few months of buying them.

Picture is good and no issue with connectivity. The volume is SO LOW! Even at its highest rating, we cannot hear a thing! Awful when we’re depending on this at night to wake us up… the only alternative is to use our phones, draining our batteries and making the console that we paid for useless!!

We have been using this for just short of 22months now. Overall it has been a good camera however we have had issues with it dropping out. The last couple of months have brought on battery issues and the parent unit barely lasts 3 hours without needing to be plugged in again. After putting our daughter to bed tonight we have discovered that the camera won’t connect at all. Tried all of the troubleshooting and it is impossible to reset the camera. It’s now 9pm and we are trying to figure out how to monitor our daughter overnight from the opposite end of the house. Will definitely be looking at different brands when the shops open in the morning.
