RapidCool Portable Formula Feed Maker White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor experience personally, after multiple attempts between my partner & myself we still haven’t figured out how to use this properly. At first i thought it was a portable heater which would’ve been amazing. But after reading product box & manual properly I realised i was incorrect. So we tried to figure out how to use it, followed instructions, in the process of waiting for it we had a diaper emergency we had to deal with. After that catastrophe we came back to see the light was off thinking it was ready we opened it up to get the bottle ready for our bub. It was still freshly hot so we tried the steps again thinking maybe it switch off or we did something wrong. After retrying the process & entertaining our daughter while we waited it was still just as hot 5 minutes later. So we retried once more. All in all its been about 30- 40 minutes now. Still no luck both of us have tried & both have read the manual. We cant figure it out & the child is transforming into a gremlin as time goes by. May need to send help soon. Ok so I’ve given up waiting, im losing the war against the child quickly, it is never worth it in the end she always seems to win. So with the kettle now having cooled off in this time it is just under perfect temperature, so we make her a bottle like usual pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds for extra measure & before i walk over scarred from battle I check the cylinder once more it has hardly cooled at all in this whole time. We gave up for the night but we tried again a few more times. Conclusion being we were ultimately defeated & shamed by this cooler. Neither my partner or myself can figure out how to make it cool water. Works great for a thermos to keep hot water when we’re out. Or just as extra water storage. I personally love the idea of the formula capsule storage/mixer. I would love the whole concept better if it were an ‘on the go warmer’ not a cooler. And obviously I would’ve liked my experience better if either my partner or I could’ve figured out how to use it. **Im not knocking the product at all thia is just my honest experience with it. Could’ve been a faulty product or faulty users still to be determined. Thank you anyway. Hope this product suits others better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use, can make bottles upto 240ml. Easy to transport. Put boiling hot water in and it cools down within 5 mins with easy to read yellow and green sign.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] RapidCool is really handy to take around, especially when visiting friends and staying in hotels. Highly convenient to carry around and quickly cool boiling water to mix baby formula.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product but I'm not sure if I would recommend it. It takes multiple hours after sterilising to be able to use again and that's a bit inconvenient with a newborn who is having regular bottles. It's not so bad with an older baby and being on the go.

Its been such a handy addition to our feeding routine I love that it doesn’t take up much space so it doesn’t clutter the kitchen bench it’s definitely one of those Baby products that I must have and I wish I had sooner

It’s not too big or bulky so could easily fit in your nappy bag and super easy to clean. Absolutely perfect when you’ve got a hungry baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with the Nuby Rapid cool portable formula maker. The timing was perfect for being able to test it as we were going camping with out newborn. We had access to boiling water and formula and that’s all that was required. I used the hot shot method so that I wasn’t putting formula into the rapid cool only boiling water. I cannot understand how it works but it’s very good at cooling down boiling water to the perfect temperature for formula. Such a useful product!

Its so quick and easy to use. The instructions were very simple. You can take it anywhere. I would love a slightly bigger capacity but that's only because my baby is a little piggy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this for around 10 days and has made transitioning from one bottle to a few a day much easier. Being able to use boiling water straight away and only wait a few minutes for a bottle to be ready is a game changer. It’s slimline compared to some other coolers and equipment available and the amber to green indicator works quite well. A couple of improvements would include easier to see measurements inside the bottle as once the hot water is in the steam makes it hard to see, also sometimes it cools too rapidly meaning the bottle warmer is still required to get things back to temp and the reset time between bottles can be quite slow. Overall a great product and would happily recommend to any families formula feeding.

Preparing formula feeds while out and about used to be a stressful guessing game of hot and cold water ratios. This flask cools boiling water down to the perfect safe temperature in just a couple of minutes. The digital display on the lid is incredibly clear, changing color to let you know exactly when it’s safe to feed. It’s compact, feels durable, and is super easy to clean and maintain. It has made traveling and night feeds so much easier and faster.

I wish we had of had one from birth, it’s been a total game changer! It’s also easier than having a water dispenser going all of the time, the clutter of a formula making appliance on the bench and is more energy efficient. Well done Nuby!
