Easy to install and get in and out of tight spaces
byIt was a lot heavier than I thought but I'm glad it is so I know it's super sturdy. The base was easy to install. I'd recommend watching a few different videos to make sure you have the right way to install it (there are a few videos out there that didn't show the correct way to install it). But you know when you got it fixed tight and it's stable. I love that the base slides outwards making it easy to load/unload the carrier, which is especially helpful if you are parked in a tight spot and can't swing the door fully open - the slide out allows you to manage your way out without needing to be a contortionist.

Clunky twisting
byThe item doesn’t operate very smoothly which isn’t any good when you have a sleeping baby. When trying to rotate the car seat into the locked position it is extremely clunky and keeps getting stuck at around the 45 degree angle. You then need to keep trying to twist it resulting in the baby being juddered.

Sloppy factory tolerances lead to bad movement.
byTHE FACTORY TOLERANCES ARE SLOPPY, therefore the pull out function is not worth it. Rotation is sloppy also. ISOFIX slides have the best movement, but the switches tend to catch. Every single movement and switch, except for the main chair release ir just bad. All of the swtiches are unstable un unpleasant. the plastic could dig in less into the car, but is decent enough. Not worth the money.
