Great quality seat. Our boy is incredibly comfortable. I’m confident in the build quality. The seat belts are really sturdy. The shoulder pads have a grippy inner side to keep him strapped in. Really happy with our upgrade from the pebble 360

We were looking for a car seat for our newborn that we could trust in terms of quality and safety. Based on Maxi-Cosi’s experience and reputation, we chose your latest product, the Emerald 360 Pro. Unfortunately, the product does not provide the conditions necessary to transport our baby safely. Although it is advertised as suitable from birth, the reclining angle is extremely limited, and even in its most reclined position it remains too vertical. It is definitely not suitable for newborn use. Additionally, when used with the newborn insert, the harness lengths are not appropriate. Despite trying all possible installation and adjustment combinations, we have concluded that the issue stems from the product itself. Regretfully, I must state that this is not a product I would recommend, especially considering its premium positioning and price.

We were extremely satisfied with the Pebble 360 Pro, but the Emerald 360 Pro seems a lot less supportive, the straps aren’t particularly well positioned for our little one and the levers for the turning mechanism are stiff and not always reliable. Add to that the fact it can’t lock at 90 degrees, the fact it doesn’t recline quite as far as the pictures suggest, and the fact that the seat and base are one big cumbersome piece, and it really doesn’t stand up to the same quality expectations we had from the baby seat. With all that said, we have been using it for around a month now and I do feel like the little one is safe and secure in the seat, and have managed to adjust to the foibles of this seat. Overall a good carseat but a disappointing drop in ergonomics and general functionality compared with the Pebble 360 Pro. It may well come into its own as she gets bigger, but as a toddler seat I can’t really recommend it. We’re going on a long drive soon. The real test will be whether her head keeps lolling around now I have it as reclined as I can get it.

By far the best car seat we’ve purchased. This is for our toddler. It’s so good we’ve purchased another one for a newborn expected in Feb.

Very solid and sturdy, Peace of mind knowing it grows as baby does. Little one likes being more upright and has more room around body and head. Isofix base is strong and safe. 360 Rotation and sliding mechanism is brilliant for my back, due to having a physical disability anything that makes lifting and strapping a wriggly toddler into the car easier is great!

Absolutely brilliant seat, I love the slide out function, when you're getting a small child in and out of the car it really helps to save your back! My daughter is very comfortable rear facing in this seat, she has just had her 2nd birthday yesterday and we had 4.5 hours of driving without a single gripe. I love the fact this will last until 12 years old too. It's so easy to fit into the car although I did ask my partner to come and give it an extra strong push into the isofix to make sure it was in as far as it could go and he found this easy. Might be a rather snug fit in a small hatchback but is fine in my Volvo estate! Easy to adjust everything to suit my daughter's size and position of the straps. The materials are really easy to wipe clean, I've actually noticed she is less sweaty when getting out of this seat on a warm day so I'm happy the seat seems to have air flow. I can state how safe it is as we've not had an accident, but it feels much more secure than my other 360 seat I was using before this one. I'm confident this would help protect her when needed

Excellent purchase! Since day 1 my baby loved this chair and feels comfortable and safe. The isofix system is really easy to install and the 360 is must, becomes easier for me and for the baby. I love that can be use this long, can grow with your kids and save you some money. The quality is really good, it feels soft and comfy, and it’s washable too.

Bought this a week ago and cannot believe how great it has been so far. Starting with the installation, we watched a quick video on the maxi cosi site and it literally clicks in. It was installed within a minute. Very practical. I have never had such ease from a car seat installation before. I was very impressed with the swivel and think that this is a major thing I would look for going forward. The tilt is also a great advantage for when the child sleeps. The straps are comfortable too. My child is 2 years old and this was so much better than her previous one. She seems a lot more comfortable. It’s very sturdy and I’m happy with the safety aspect of this. I haven’t washed the materials yet however I believe that all the car seat materials are washable which is a bonus when you want to freshen up the car seat. It fits in our car which is a Ford Ranger. My daughter feels like she’s on a rollercoaster with the swivel and pull out motion it’s fantastic.
