Tilted on one side
Seems a common problem with many Maxi Cosi items that they are not properly leveled (seen it mentioned on their bassinets too). My chair is heavily tilted to one side, will be returning it for a replacement or refund sadly.

This has been an absolute game changer and life saver for a fussy newborn. Love that it runs on batteries and main power.

Great design. Seat can rotate to left, right or centre. Many songs/ sounds to choose from and 5 swing speeds.

Faulty product.
My mother in law purchased this product for us as a present when our baby was born 5 months ago. It was our favourite product and we used it all the time as I was extremely unwell from my csection. When our baby was around 3-4 months old, the swing stops working randomly and won’t swing. She is well below the weight limit, but we for some reason cannot get this to work.
