I haven't used the shampoo yet but the conditioner serves us well. My toddler has curly hair that knots easily, we use this daily in the morning to detangle, also as conditioner on hair washing day. Love that it has a lock on the conditioner spray mechanism, very practical. Downside is sometimes when it runs low or if the bottle is kept at an angle, it stops spraying product and takes heaps of pumps to get it going again. Also, u hand may slip on the trigger if it's wet.
