Restful nights
byGame changer. I did the old-fashioned swaddle in the beginning, until I noticed that she was eventually coming out of it. Even though she was coming out of the swaddle, she still had her startle reflex, which made sleep time difficult she really would try to sleep but she kept getting woken up by anything, even the creak in my knee. The transition swaddle has helped because just having one arm in, led to a better night for her and for me.
