The best swaddle for transitions, we were nervous about the transition as our baby loves to have her hands by her face. This swaddle was perfect, it’s super soft and the TOG was perfect for hot days!

A must have for swaddle transition
I absolutely love the Swaddle Up Transition Bag. It made transitioning out of the swaddle so much easier and helped my baby continue sleeping well during the change. The fabric is soft and breathable, and the gradual arm transition is such a great feature. It’s now part of our day and night routine, and I love knowing my little one is comfortable and settled for sleep! :u1F90D:
