Misleading Product Information
This product feels misleading due to incomplete and unclear information provided at the time of purchase. Nowhere in the listing was it clearly stated that the mattress is excluded, and there was also no direct link or guidance provided to purchase a compatible mattress separately. As a result, we had to make two separate visits just to source the mattress on our own, which was inconvenient and avoidable if the information had been properly disclosed upfront. It is also unclear what the practical use of the bassinet is without including or clearly specifying the required mattress, which creates confusion for the customer. Overall, the product information is not fully transparent, and important details appear to be missing, which does not support a smooth or informed customer experience.
