Start by sterilising with the Haakaa Multipurpose Steamer & Steriliser Bag. Place the pump in the bag with a little water, seal it, and heat in the microwave according to your microwave’s wattage. Allow it to cool before opening carefully to avoid steam burns.
Once sterilised, make sure your breast is clean and dry. Squeeze the base of the pump, position it over your nipple, and release to create natural suction. It fits comfortably in your bra for hands-free expressing. When finished, gently break the seal, remove the pump, and transfer the milk to a storage container. Wash the pump and sterilise it again using the bag, ready for next use.
