Purchased as soon as released so no reviews available. It wasn’t even on the shop floor yet and I had them go out the back to get it. First issue was it froze. You’d think they were still asleep and then there’s screaming. Then the monitor Home Screen would overheat when plugged in and go blank. Then our daughter managed to knock the monitor, the turning function snapped. Still works just can’t turn. 2 days ago the white light started randomly coming on, not great when the baby wakes and sees her room lit up. Now today when putting her down for a nap I saw the light was on again. Went to turn it off on the home base and it was buzzing pulled the plug out and it then lost picture and will turn on for 2 seconds and then switch off.I actually love it, the colour, the functionality, she’s a NICU baby so I want the screen on at all times. But so disappointed with where we’re at now

Good camera, the tog rating gives good guidance and reassurance. Only thing I wish it did have is a phone app. Otherwise super cute colour, good camera quality and picks up sound well. Handy that you can also play sounds out of the camera itself :)

Have returned and do not recommend for price point. I was super excited and keen on the elbow EMF option. You cannot mute noise and keep alerts on at the same time, meaning we would have to listen to our child’s low white noise all night through the monitor. Does not have motion detection so cannot be used to alert when baby is awake or climbing out of cot/ bed - therefore not that helpful once at this stage of development. Picture is good quality but lacks functions. Clunky to use with lots of buttons pressed/a process just to access the volume (which is not great in the night). Sorry this is way too pricy for something quite basic.

Purchased this camera on the 14th on January and the screen had cracked by the 23rd of January. The monitor had fallen from my nightstand onto carpet, in the middle of the night. My TweetyCam had far worse falls and never have I had this problem.Ergopouch refused to replace the monitor. The quality of the screen is very poor. Like many items, they fall. This should certainly be able to withstand a fall from not even half a meter off the ground, onto carpet.Horrible customer server and even worse quality.

We bought this with high hopes as we love every other ergo pouch product that we have, however the range on this is no more than 5 metres - if the door to the bedroom is closed it is more like 2 metres. Very disappointed considering it is advertised at 300m

Absolutely love this baby monitor The inbuilt what to where guide makes bedtime so easy. The quality of the camera is also really good. I love that the camera does not rely on wifi and you have your own seperate home to have set up to watch your bubs sleep. Would recommend this nursery monitor. I can’t wait for a second camera to purchase so I can use it in multiple rooms. You have done it again ergopouch!

Really love this baby monitor! The video quality is super clear and the Smart TOG guide is such a handy feature. It’s easy to use, looks nice in the nursery, and just makes nights way less stressful.
