Use a damp cloth to clean the canopy and outer material. NEVER fully soak the cloth in water. NEVER get the mattress inner foam wet. If this gets wet, replace the mattress with an approved Edwards & Co mattress only. To clean the mattress lining or Carry Cot lining, we recommend a warm wash (30 degrees) in a normal wash (for front loaders) or gentle wash (for top loaders).

2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Extended by another 1 year when you register through Edwards & Co. Note: The goods supplied come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The items you purchase from Baby Bunting come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ). You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to meet the consumer guarantees and the problem or fault is not of a substantial character. You are entitled to a replacement or refund where the problem or fault is of a substantial nature, and you may also be entitled to compensation for any additional loss or damage from the failure to meet the consumer guarantees. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. We may need to inspect the goods (or send to the supplier for inspection) or request pictures or videos of the defect to make an assessment.
