Dr Browns Manual Breast Pump

Was not able to use because the duckbill was missing and the flange is ridiculously large. Will buy inserts and duckbill and try again. It was disappointing to not be able to use this straight out of the package

Product is great with price but after using two days start making some wired noise hard to use around baby and other house memeber beacuse making too much noise . I wonder if someone help me how to fix that

If manual pumping was for me, I’d use this product more. Unfortunately I can’t bear it! Way more painful than using my Spectra.

I was given the opportunity to try this and to be 100 percent honest, it worked so easy and like a charm! The pieces are so soft for pumping and it is so easy!

This manual pump has been far better than the one I received in the hospital! It is easy and comfortable to use. The soft, silicone shield is much preferred to the hard plastic ones. I have used it to relieve fullness when I don’t want to set up (and then clean) all the parts for my electric pump. It’s very effective. My baby will only take Dr. Brown’s bottles, so the fact that I can directly pump into their bottle and then feed is an added bonus, but would be easy to transition into any bottle or bag for storage. Love it and will certainly be recommending to friends!

I am very pleased with my Dr. Brown’s manual breast pump. Of course, manual pumping is more tedious than using a double electric, but this manual pump is more easy to use and effective than a different manual pump I’ve tried. It is very easy to switch between letdown & expression mode, there is a simple tab that hooks onto a knob and is really simple to pull and place from one mode to the next. I also really care for the silicone material of the flange and found this pump to be as comfortable as a pump could get. I don’t use manual pumps for a long time, just for quick relief between nursing or electric pumping sessions, but I do notice a good amount of output (about 1.5 ounces) in the 10min I use this pump for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a manual pump.

I received this pump and have been using for well over a month now. It is easy to put together, as well as take apart to clean, with minimal parts. The pump has a gentle and snug fit. The handle is comfortable for holding as well. Great for travel or short manual pumping sessions.

I like having an option to my electric pump and haaka. Good to use after nursing on one side to be able to pump the other.

This pump was very easy to use!! It was also just as effective as my electric pump! I like that I have this option to carry with me when I am on the go. I love the addition of the silicone shield because it was more comfortable. That would be great for a newly breastfeeding/pumping mama!!

Let me start by saying that I’ve never used a manual breast pump (other than the Haakaa) so I have no other to compare this to. I found this breast pump to be easy to use. It was comfortable and works well for a manual pump. I enjoy being able to pump directly into a bottle that can be used to feed later. However, it has so many parts to take apart, clean, and put back together. I much prefer my electric pump with less parts to wash and put back together. I will likely use it when I need to travel since it’s more compact and easy to use on the go than an electric pump.

It is a very nice breast pump I really like it it’s really easy to use and also easy to take with me especially since I have to use it everyday it’s very comfortable it doesn’t hurt it draws the milk easy and steady

To begin with I was struggling with my baby not latching so I was looking for a good manual breast pump. I got to try this one and I’m in love with it. It is really easy to use, you can easily take apart and clean/sanitize. Pretty simple to put together. I love the fact that it has two pumping modes, which makes pumping very comfortable for me. I usually start with the slow motion to stimulate and the switch to the faster to imitate baby’s suction. I like the silicon shield, it is super soft and perfect for my nipple size. In the kit you also get an anti-colic bottle which is going to help to protect your baby’s tummy. You can also store your milk in the same bottle because it provides with a storage cap.

I received this pump for free to try and review. All statements are honest and 100% My own opinion. I have used it for almost a month and I Love it! This is the first manual pump I have used and I honestly like it better than my spectra 2 electric pump. The flexible silicone flange make a world of difference especially since as we know our Breast aren’t all one size one shape all the time. If I need to help massage the last bit out I am able to unlike with the hard plastic flanges. I also have not had any irritation with these flanges even with the proper sized hard plastics ones I have elastic nipples so they will always touch the sides no matter what and sometimes would get irritated I thankful didn’t have any issues with these. the pump is easy to use one handed and has the ability to better control the suction and speed in my opinion than my electric pump which has actually increased my output I was only pumping 4 oz each breast with my electric now with the manual soft shield I am getting 5+ oz each time! Plus this is super easy to clean no hidden parts or spaces to miss and it’s super compact and portable. I throw it in my diaper bag any time I’m out (which isn’t a lot these days as 2020 has us at home pretty much all of the time) but to have with me is very nice. I’ve only used it once on the go but it was super convenient and I was glad I had it otherwise I would have been full and hurting for over an hour. Overall I would highly recommend this for anyone who chooses to pump it’s convenient, easy to use and clean, and most importantly comfortable. Received this about a month ago and the silicone nipple cup is amazingly soft and the pump is the perfect size hand wise not too small ...always you to get a good grip and you do not have to manually pump as hard

This pump is perfect for keeping close to the bed or in the car for those spur of the moment pumping sessions. I liked to use it while the baby was nursing on one side, and found that it also helped promote let downs faster. The included bottle makes it a great value as well as the silicone shield is the most comfortable I have ever felt. I think that changing the settings from let down to expression mode was very intuitive and easy to do one handed (which you often are with a manual pump).
