I like that this is a softer material as a lot of other teethers I've tried are a hard plastic. This isn't quite a flexible silicone, but its softer and semi-flexible. Pretty easy to hand wash and the main ring is large enough to fit around my sons wrist so that helps keep it from being dropped/thrown on the floor.

I love that the whole thing is a teether so the ring the teether toys are on is also silicon and textured to my daughter can chew on that along with the toys hanging off. Since they are all silicon it is very easy to clean.
