Great fit but waist band runs large
The carrier is nice quality and easy to put on. However, the biggest issue for me is that I am 3 months postpartum and I have already almost maxed out how small I can make the waist belt. I have a smaller waist (28") but I am by no means tiny (5'7, 160lbs). I'm worried it won't fit properly when I get back to my normal size. I also ordered the waist bag but I don't have enough space available to even attach it...

I love this baby carrier! So much that this purchase wasn’t for me- it was a gift. I have given it (and recommended it) numerous times because of how great quality it is. I have had mine for 4+ years and used with all my babies and it’s still in great condition, there is a little wear on the bottom buckle clip but I’m not surprised with the amount of use it’s had. It’s great for such a range of sizes that I’ve been able to carry my babies for longer than I thought I would be able to.

Good product, its a little bit tricky to use by one person as my wife adapts for her back and i have to re-adjust to my back, but if not re-adjustments have to be done in the middle, then its a good product and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves wearing our baby around in his Bjorn! So easy to use and our baby loves it. Very comfortable and easy to adjust. Our son is 8lbs right now and we are looking forward to using it as he continues to grow. I also love that they added the wider seat to make this model approved for healthy hips.
Don’t buy, here’s why
First, please read the low ratings, they are real problems which I also encountered with this carrier unfortunately. - The buckle on the carrier. Super thick and uncomfortable for baby. It presses on their tummy! - if you’re a breast feeding mom or just have big breasts in general, it’s very tight on your breasts - also squeezes baby too much against your chest
Great Back Support
I have a bad back and was concerned regarding how wearing a baby carrier would effect my back. I love the Free carrier. Out of the 3 Baby Bjorn carriers I have tried, this one is the best.
Happy with this carrier!
I received this as a gift and I am very happy with this carrier. It is very easy to put on, especially by myself. My only issue is that the neck support doesn't stay down. My son is an older baby so he doesn't need it up when he's facing me or when he is forward facing but it keeps flipped back up. I've followed the video tutorials on how to do this. If anyone has any suggestions, please comment.
The perfect carrier
It’s a perfect baby carrier, the only thing it is missing is a pouch / pocket to pop your phone and keys in!
Great comfortable carrier
I really like this carrier. I have used other brands, but the baby bjorn carriers are the easiest to use, and get baby into on your own, in my opinion. The clips etc, are just the most intuitive and easiest to use without the help of a second person. The back support on the "free" Carrier, is the best of any carrier I've ever used. My only piece of feedback, is that when my baby is facing forward, when I fold over the front piece, it does not stay down. It's constantly flipping back up in my babies face, and I find that pretty annoying. Would be great if there were a couple little buttons of snaps that would hold it down when folded over. Otherwise I love this carrier!

Mixed feelings
I got this as a gift at my baby shower and while there are parts I love about the carrier (the material, the ease of putting on, the back support) I could not get the proper M shape for my babies hips when she was little but within the weight and height guidelines of the carrier. Even with all the adjustments the video shows you to make the seat was very narrow which cannot give you that M shape. I wish I ended up registering for the harmony as I feel like I may have had better luck that carrier. Unfortunately this led me to using a different carrier every day from a younger age that has a better fit for her hips. Just wanted to share my experience as I know picking a carrier is a hard thing to do as an expecting mom!
Great purchase
I love how easy to put on it is! My baby seems comfortable. The only qualm I have is the leg-hole adjustment...I can't seem to get the good "M" shape that's recommended. Other than that, I'm super happy with it!
