4 In1 Steamer Blender

Incredibly poor design.... Grows mould in the food processing part which you can't access to clean or dry properly!! Absolutely love the concept, but the design has complete missed the mark. The clear plastic food processing part, has two holes in it (probably to allow steam.. I'm not sure), but when it's submerged in water to clean, water and other small food particles gets stuck in there, and you can't clean it out properly. When you read through the instructions on how to clean it (because other people have clearly had the same problem) it just says put more water in and swish it around!! Hence, the water gets stuck and ours has now grown mould in it and now throwing it in the bin. Save your money.... But something else that won't grow mould!!! *I tried to upload photos, but wouldn't the drop box wouldn't open.

We’ve been using this product every day for both of our children, and it’s been the best way to prepare high-quality meals. For example, we simply chop a bit of potato, add spinach, broccoli, and small pieces of beef or chicken, then cook everything together. Very easy and very practical. Today, our kids are both strong and healthy!

I used it for less than a month every day, after cooking, water flows into the lids from both sides, which stagnates and cannot be washed off. Neither brush nor boiling water of the product, and now it has stopped grinding.

It is easy to use but very disappointed with cleaning.I bought this product about 1 years ago to wean my first born child and I used it only for 3 months than all the dirt was collected to the base through water when you clean it.There is no way to open and wash it..I continued to use it as a blender for a couple of months,no more steaming ,it wasn’t safe.I couldn’t use it for my second born anyway I have to buy a different brand..not worth the money sorry

Very difficult to clean properly, this is a bad design. Customer support, correct me if I am wrong, how can this be cleaned properly, water is trapped in the lid and base. Residue moisture will cultivate mold and bacteria. Why can't it be disassemble???

Very poor quality, rust forms in the water tank after several uses. This is what happened to me. My device is still under warranty and Philips has refused to replace it.

A must have, especially for working moms, as it's steaming everything in maximum 30 minutes. It is simple to use, it turns itself off after steaming. It is a little bit difficult to clean, however, this does not bother me too much. Preparing my baby's food in 30 minutes, totally recommend it!

The steamer blender works as advertised and is a huge help if you want to cook your own baby food. The steaming is quick and mess free and so is the blending. As you can pulse when blending you can gradually increase the texture as bub gets older for more chunky food. That said it's not without fault. If you have steamed something for 20min, the blend function sometimes doesn't work instantly, I'm assuming due to the unit being too hot. Also, the design of the lid (the steamer side) could do with some improvement as it constantly collects water during cleaning which then needs to be drained. If you use it daily like me, it never fully dries up inside and therefore poses a risk of mould growing in there.

I love this product, it's the best steamer/ blender i have ever come across. Unfortunately it does tend to break if heavily used (like in my household as we have 3 children). We have purchased two in the UK (as the first one broke out of warranty), the second one broke too but Philips was excellent at replacing it. I really appreciated them for that as i was not left without a steamer for very long at all. I also bought one in Italy and so far that has worked brilliantly. I would definitely recommend, good for big portions, quick and easy to clean. No faults there at all and customer service is brilliant and quick.

Overall product is good, but when you steam and blend sweet potato and other colourful fruits and veggies, there is no way you can wash colour, it absorb everything. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easyto u cooks flip and blend smooth or chunky.. Also it defrosts from frozen. Bit fidley to wash lid but other than that what more can u ask for. A game changer everything done in one machine. And u can batch cook and freeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this; I cook for my little niece, and it's great if you don't want to spend too long in the kitchen and serve your kid healthy food. It blends, steams, defrosts and reheats- all in one jug. I use it now to cook for the whole family, not only for the little one, as this is so much healthier with steaming. Overall it is easy to clean, but the little white part at the bottom of the jug collects bits of food, so make sure you wash it after using or fill it with the water. It came with a handy recipe book which was quite helpful for a beginner like me. Good quality product!

You can put fish,meat,veg and fruit and it blends perfectly, way cheaper than shop bought jars. i love how it small and can fit perfectly in a corner. its dishwasher safe so it easier to clean. if i didnt want to puree the food i can just steam it and afterward can keep it in the container it comes with and pop it in the freezer. i also love how their different settings so you can have a smooth puree or if you wanted to have it with chunks. Another thing it come with easy instructions and has a little recipe book of different foods you can make.

At the beginning you would certainly need to follow the instructions otherwise you would get lost in where to start from. Recipe book is a great thing to follow for some ideas! Cooking instructions varies, but again, this is depends on product and size. 1 cm cube size guidelines are helpful, but it all depends on the product. I like to steam broccoli, but I am keeping it whole instead of slicing for 1 cm cube size. Blender operates smoothly and not so much noise. Dismantle and wash all the parts are easy. No mess and easy to operate while you are doing other bits! So far I am pleased with it.
